Prime Time Service is available at the Visa Application Center for Greece. Customers who are unable to come to the Visa Application Center during working hours will now be able to use Prime Time Appointments for an extra charge paid in cash.
Prime Time Appointments operate in the evenings and at weekends to help those on a busy schedule apply for their visas.

Premium Lounge is available at the Visa Application Center for Greece.
The Premium Lounge offers comfortable surroundings in dedicated facilities where you can receive a personalized service. Applicants selecting this optional service are being attended privately and save time by avoiding queues.

The Premium Lounge service includes:
- Dedicated assistance and personal attention
- Dedicated lounge where the application process is completed
- Complimentary photocopies and prints for submission purposes
- Biometric enrollment also completed in the lounge
- Refreshments available for all applicants using the lounge

The optional courier service is applicable per passport.
You can choose to have your passport delivered to your home or office address by opting for this service while submitting your application. The submission officer at the Visa Application Center for Greece will collect the required address from you and your passport will be returned through courier service after processing. Please make sure to correctly indicate your delivery address in case it is different from your home address. This can be purchased at the time of the visa application submission and you will receive a reference number, which can be tracked on the courier company’s website in order to obtain an update about the courier process at any given time.

You will receive text messages informing you step by step as your application is being processed until your passport is available for collection at your Visa Application Center for Greece or is being couriered to you.
